Maria had worked for a non-profit organization as a Health Educator and office manager before moving to Florida in 2000. She began working as a dental coordinator for a non-profit organization and later served as a Housing Case Manager for ten years. She is passionate about clients having access to resources according to their specific needs.
Maria has over twenty years’ experience working in the nonprofit sector. Maria joins Two Spirit Health Services after 12 years working with the City of Orlando for the HOPWA (Housing Opportunities for people living with AIDS) program as a Housing Case Manager. She brings a wealth of community resources and connections to empower Two Spirit Health patients and clients.
Maria volunteers for events with the Casselberry Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club. She is the mother of two and grandmother of three beautiful boys and believes family time is priceless.

Jill Coltrin is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a passion for aesthetic medicine. Since starting her nursing career 10 years ago, she has been devoted to patient advocacy and furthering her education. Jill earned her Associate of Science in Nursing from Seminole State College and Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Central Florida. After working as a registered nurse at Florida Hospital, she then went on to obtain her Master of Science in Nursing at Georgetown University. Since earning her Master’s degree, she has completed training in aesthetic medicine, as well as injectables. As a nurse practitioner, she has worked in a number of settings, including inpatient cardiology, outpatient internal medicine, and aesthetics. Prior to becoming a nurse, Jill worked as a model and traveled extensively for 9 years. Her passion for aesthetics originated from her experience in the beauty industry. Additionally, she earned certifications in Yoga, Pilates, Gyrotonic, and Gyrokinesis. She is dedicated to empowering patients to look and feel their best. In her free time, Jill enjoys spending time with her children, practicing yoga, visiting theme parks, and attending soccer games. She loves being part of a non-profit organization that focuses on the needs of our clients and community.

Born and raised in Central Florida, Kirsten Haas Graduated from Lake Mary High School. She was always interested in the medical industry but decided to pursue Computer Engineering in college. Her first job after high school was a part-time teaching position at a Pre-School to help her get through college. After a couple of years with the pre-school, she received her first full-time office job with Digital Risk. When the opportunity to work with Two Spirit Health arose, she jumped at the opportunity. She brings her knowledge of business software and computers to the table. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her dogs, Gizmo and Toby. You could also find her in her apartment watching Game of Thrones or The X-Files. Kirsten is a great asset to our team and we are grateful to have her here at Two Spirit Health.
Patient Care Coordinator
A native Orlandoan, Alexia James had lived all over the state of Florida before moving to Wisconsin where she lived for twenty years. During that time, she entered the medical field working as an emergency room tech in a hospital trauma unit. Eventually, she moved to Dallas-Fort Worth for about a year before returning to Orlando. She is an avid video gamer and even a bigger tabletop gamer. She fell in love with painting miniatures and has played Warhammer for nearly 20 years and claims to be one “giant nerd” and proud of it.

Mike Wallace is a Patient Care Coordinator with Two Spirit Health Services. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Criminal Justice. He brings over 10 years of experience in the social work and community field. Here at Two Spirit Health, he wants to make a difference and bring awareness to the important issues in the LGBTQ community. In his free time, he enjoys working out, being around friends and family, and attending Florida State football games. He has been described as quiet, but very sarcastic. Mike values family, diversity, and hopes to offer those same values to the Patient Care Team and their patients.
