Andrew J. Migliaccio, M.D.

Dr. Andrew J. Migliaccio is Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry. He earned his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania and holds an undergraduate degree in Nutrition from the University of Florida. During his Adult Psychiatry Residency and Fellowship in Community Psychiatry at Penn, he developed special interests in gender and sexuality, psychosis, mood disorders, as well as the behavioral treatment of anxiety, PTSD and OCD. He employs mindfulness and other dialectical behavior therapy strategies with his patients. Dr. Migliaccio has worked extensively with people who have experienced trauma and struggled with addiction, and he is passionate about serving those who may feel marginalized by society. Dr. Migliaccio believes strongly in a holistic recovery from mental illness, with an emphasis on health and wellness, personal empowerment, skill-building, community supports, and evidence-based use of medication.

Steven Borrero is a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Mental Health Counselor from the Orlando, Florida area. Born in Boston, Massachusetts and raised in Nashua, New Hampshire he decided to come to Florida in 1996 to pursue his undergraduate and graduate studies. He has completed an MS in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 2004.
Steven has over 17 years of clinical experience across a variety of settings including outpatient clinics, crisis intervention, therapeutic foster care, large nonprofits, and school-based mental health programs. He has a broad range of clinical experience working with adults, couples, children, adolescents and families from diverse populations to include HIV, LGBTQ+, and therapeutic foster care and in the following areas: Depression and Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety Disorder, Gender Identity, Behavioral and Discipline Challenges, Self-Harm Behavior, Complicated Grief Reactions, Anger and Stress Management, Trauma and Abuse, Family and Relationship Issues, Chronic Mental Illness, Couple’s Conflict, Self-Image and Self-Esteem Issues. Steven’s approach emphasizes the mutual development of goals for therapy and the provision of ongoing evaluation of the therapeutic approach.He uses a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Crisis Intervention, Psycho-education and Mindfulness/Self-Care practices in addition to others depending on the needs of the individual. Steven continues to seek ongoing updates to his skills and knowledge base. He is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. Steven is invested in an approach emphasizing a more integrative, dynamic, and holistic approach to mental health. A holistic approach is utilized by exploring with and educating individuals about how mind, spirit, and body are interconnected. His theory is that when people have hope and can learn to challenge and replace irrational thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes, people are free to experience change.

Phabian Ergus joined the Two Spirit Health Services Team with her background in Customer Services and Human Services dealing with Food Stamps and Medicaid. Along with her experience shadowing Child Protective Services. She has her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and is currently pursuing her Master’s. Phabian adds a level of compassion and kindness to the Two Spirit Health family. She is always smiling and extremely helpful.
Phabian enjoys all things music and dancing. Being raised in a very big, loving, and open Jamaican family altruism comes easily to her. Her drive to change the world for the better keeps her grounded and honest. You will more than likely find her in the Medical side assisting wherever needed. Born in Virginia, Phabian left when she was 7 and had the amazing opportunity to spend 17 years in Japan. She is an international cultured which enhances her love for all people.
Phabian spends most of her time at the beach with her dog and girlfriend, thrift shopping, or traveling. She enjoys everything life has to offer and appreciates the little things. She was forever grateful to be given the opportunity to work with Two Spirit and she hopes that her presence in the Medical office can be a positive experience added to your visit.
Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Brenda S. Faiber is a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Certified Advanced Imago Relationship Therapist, Certified State of Florida Supervisor for LMFT’s & LMHC’s, & an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT-Tapping) practitioner. Brenda has been counseling individuals and couples, as well as leading family and group therapy initiatives since 1983. Her specialties include couples counseling and coaching focused on deepening the relational connection, improving communication, identifying triggers and childhood wounds and re-igniting the spark in the relationship. In addition, Brenda has worked extensively with survivors of sexual, physical and emotional abuse who are suffering from PTSD and other mental health issues. She has facilitated groups and presented workshops on a myriad of issues including inner child healing based on the work of John Bradshaw, healing sexual trauma, relapse recovery skills, and women’s empowerment. Brenda was a first responder providing consultation, crisis intervention, stress management and critical debriefing for survivors of the attack in New York on September 11, as well as when Hurricane Ivan hit the Cayman Islands, hurricanes Katrina, Wilma, Irma and Maria which devastated Puerto Rico. Brenda is an interactive, compassionate, gentle and nurturing experienced therapist.
Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Roberto Katz is a License Mental Health Counselor with a masters degree in Mental Health Counseling from the Counselor Education Program at the University of Central Florida. He is able to provide mental health counseling services in Spanish and English. Roberto has seven years of experience working with clients living with HIV and other chronic conditions. In addition to his mental health counseling work, Roberto has a background in Political Science and has a special interest in social justice. In this respect, his area of focus is working with clients with intersectional identities. This involves clients who are members of one or more discriminated groups. Roberto is a strong advocate of integrated treatment that seeks to assess and address the emotional, medical, and material needs of the client.
Evelyn Luciano, RN

Evelyn is a licensed bilingual professional who holds a Master’s Degree with honors from Rollins College and a Cum Laude Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Puerto Rico. She brings more than 20 years of experience in counseling and related fields. She has worked in non-profit and corporate venues while maintaining private clientele. She brings her own unique style and dedication to the profession. Her background in nursing gives her an edge in working with clients who are also experiencing health issues.
Evelyn has experience and success in counseling individuals of various ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adults with various mental health challenges and she do so with dignity, integrity, and cultural sensitivity. As an independent Diversity consultant, Evelyn provides Cultural Competency workshops in Florida and social service national conferences.
Evelyn works toward the de-stigmatization of mental illness and promotes greater understanding of psychological/psychiatric conditions with a focus on mental health integration into overall wellness. She has experience in treating Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Domestic Violence, Substance Abuse, LGBT, and Adjustment Issues associated with chronic health problems such as diabetes and HIV. She has also worked with couples experiencing relationship issues.

Rachel seeks to provide a collaborative approach to counseling by respecting you as the expert of your life while joining you in identifying strategies of change for fulfilled living. Rachel is able to hold space for individuals to process some of the deeper pain of life while also celebrating their empowerment and success. They have experience working with adolescents, adults, and their families in crisis, inpatient, residential, and outpatient treatment settings.
Prior to joining the Two Spirit family, their most recent work was with survivors of complex trauma ranging from childhood abuse, interpersonal violence, and human trafficking. They have supported individuals in distress gain access to care in the aftermath of impacting events to their communities, including Pulse affected individuals and their families, and those displaced by hurricanes Maria and Irma. They have also provided support for individuals experiencing various life challenges including managing impacts of grief and loss, mood, anxiety, emotion regulation, psychosis, substance use, management of health and wellness, development of self-compassion, gender and sexual identity, and healthy relationships.
Rachel has a clinically focused Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Central Florida, along with a generalist practice Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) with a minor in nonprofit management. As a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern in pursuit of licensure, and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, they enjoy continuing education across various intervention models with a focus on trauma work. They have also completed certificates in mindfulness, meditation, and brain health. Their social work background plays a special role in understanding not only the person as an individual, but also the impacts of their environment and social justice elements.
Rachel seeks to support a community of diversity and inclusion and is comfortable with pronouns They/Them/Theirs and She/Her/Hers. In their free time, they enjoy exercise, practicing mindfulness, meditation, staying outside in nature, spending time with family, exploring various inter-faith ideals, and helping animals.

Marge has been involved in working with birth families, foster care, domestic and international adoptions for over 40 years. She has worked in both public and private adoption agencies and was selected by the Child Welfare League of America to participate in and evaluate birth parent experiences in identified “Black Market Adoptions.” More recently, she served as the executive director of a private, non-profit, licensed, child-placing agency in South Florida for almost 20 years. In that role, she was personally involved in the placement and supervision of more than 1,000 children, both foreign and domestically born. Her responsibilities included providing ongoing counseling to birth parents who were relinquishing their children for adoption. She has maintained contact with many of these adoptive families, adoptees and birth families, and continues to provide advice and counseling whenever necessary or requested. In addition to facilitating adoptions within the State of Florida, Marge has developed an extensive network of personal contact with hospitals and family courts throughout the State of Florida. Additionally, her network includes out-of-state agencies, attorneys and adoptive organizations for facilitation of adoptive home possibilities for special needs, older children and sibling groups, which are more difficult to place. She has extensive knowledge and expertise in obtaining Medicaid, SSI and adoption subsidies for children placed in her legal care. Additionally, Marge has been instrumental in working with Interstate Compact for the Placement of Children within the United States.
Marge has three adult children and five grandchildren. She has chosen to work with Two Spirit Health Inc. to create the first completely inclusive adoption agency in Florida.
Joanne was born and raised in New York and has an extensive background in the art of dance, which began at a very young age. She is a graduate of the arts where she has earned her fine arts degree.
After relocating to Orlando, Joanne has worked for Orange County Public Schools for more than ten years as a substitute teacher for Early Childhood Development Exceptional Students ranging from Pre-K through middle school. She finds teaching to be both heartwarming and rewarding.
Joanne seized the professional and personal opportunity to work and grow in the field of mental health as front office Administrator/Asst Office Manager where she has worked for many years providing support to Two Spirit’s team of psychiatrists/therapists. She thrived and wanted to grow in her journey.
Joanne joined Two Spirit Health in 2018 as a Business Office Specialist/ Administrative Assistant to Behavioral Health. She looks forward to many years of making a positive contribution to an empowering company that makes a difference to not just one but every person's life.
