Dr. David Baker-Hargrove
PRESIDENT / Co-CEO / Co-Founder
Dr. Baker-Hargrove brings 25 years of experience as a leader, organizer, and developer of community-based programming. Trained as a psychotherapist, David is the Board President Emeritus of The Metropolitan Business Association and the Past President of Come Out With Pride, Central Florida’s LGBTQ Pride Event. During his tenure in these positions, he helped re-organize and stabilize the structure of both organizations. While Vice President of Development for the Mental Health Association of Central Florida, he was instrumental in growing the organization from an annual budget of $220,000 to 1.6 million in four years. He is globally recognized as an expert on mental health issues as they relate to gender identity and speaks regularly at national and international conferences regarding the treatment of gender dysphoria. In 2001, David provided mental health support to the New York City fire and police departments at the World Trade Center Ground Zero immediately following the September 11th terrorist attacks. In 2016, he led a community-wide crisis response mobilizing more than 650 volunteer counselors, implementing over 1,000 mental health encounters, in the three weeks following the Pulse Nightclub tragedy.

Mr. Baker-Hargrove earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Texas at Austin in Textile Sciences with a minor in Business Administration. In 2000, he earned his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Webster University. In April 2018, Robert ended his 24 years plus career with The Walt Disney Company where he served in a variety of management roles including Proprietor, Producer, Resource Manager, Choreographer and Production Manager for numerous new shows, parades and special events for Walt Disney Entertainment and Disney Cruise Line.
Robert has served on the board for the Mental Health Association of Central Florida for six years. During his term as Board Chair, he guided a successful capital campaign enabling the organization to fully purchase a new building while the organization grew its annual budget of $220,000 to 1.6 million. He also served on the Florida State Board of Directors for Mental Health as the Treasurer.
He has been very active in the local Central Florida LGBTQ community serving as the past Executive Producer for the Come Out with Pride Entertainment Committee. Also, Robert was an active member of the Disney Resource Group, PRIDE, where he served on its leadership team. As an out African-American man, diversity and inclusion and the intersection of where various groups overlap are a passion for Robert.
As the Chief Operating Officer for Two Spirit, it is his priority to build an organization that helps people live and be their true authentic selves in a welcoming and culturally competent environment that not only extends to the LGBTQ community but in all areas of diversity.
Sherrie brings over ten years of management experience in the health, nonprofit, and service sectors. Over the last four years at Two Spirit Health, her eye for detail and super-organized approach to work has enabled her to efficiently deliver excellent results for all of our clients and staff. She juggles multiple tasks simultaneously, and it is her outgoing and friendly personality that helps to keep our office both positive and productive. She is a single mother to her handsome son, Owen, and loves being a mom.
Kristan F. Landry knows how to keep the wheels on and the momentum moving forward. She began her career as a performer at Six Flags Fiesta Texas before being recruited to manage live show operations for the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida. During her time with Disney, Kristan helped manage and produce numerous shows, parades, fireworks, and special events. Her love and dedication for her cast and community are what led her to Two Spirit Health. Serving as an Administrative Director under the direction of co-founders and co-CEOs Dr. David Baker-Hargrove and Robert Baker-Hargrove, Kristan continues to provide world-class guest services to clients, friends, and family at Two Spirit Health. She enjoys cooking (be sure to ask her about her famous jalapeño cornbread) and spending time with her year-old cocker spaniel, P2.
Community Relations / Events Manager
An Orlando native, Brittani has a passion for this city and all it offers. Her role in Community Relations and Events is focused on ensuring Two Spirit Health’s engagement and impact in Central Florida and comes to her naturally. At age three, Brittani began studying dance and voice, inspiring her love of theatre and music. She studied Broadcast Journalism & Theatre Arts at the University of Mississippi and later worked as a news anchor at Mississippi’s News Watch 99. She was ranked in the Top Four Feature Reporters in the Southeastern Journalism Conference’s Best of the South, beating out reporters from more than 30 colleges.
As a reporter, she learned the value of relationships and branding and transitioned to working in public and community relations. In 2014, she returned to Orlando and became involved in the fabulous Drag Pageant scene and is now owner and promoter of Miss Citrus State Comedy Queen; creator of Southern Night’s Annual “Southern Goes Red” Party; and serves Executive Assistant for “Dancing with the Queens. Her community involvement also includes the Dance, Dream and Inspire for Community Based Care of Central Florida, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Central Florida, and Transgender Awareness Week. Brittani has served on the U.S. Conference on AIDs Host & Executive Committee and volunteers on the OnePulse Foundation Memorial Task Force. She is currently Miss Orange County USA and uses this title to promote the LGBTQ+ Community and numerous non-profits around Central Florida.
Richard Elo is the Facilities/Event Coordinator for Two Spirits Health Inc. He brings significant experience in the field of Operations and Events coordination and, most recently, has worked with the Orlando Shakespeare Theater in its Operations/Facilities department. Richard has been an Orlando resident for 17 years and enjoys the opportunity to be outside and enjoy the weather. He loves adventuring with his wife, two young children, and two rescue dogs. Richard’s hobbies include gardening, grilling, attending live theater events, Fringe Festival, hiking, and going to theme parks. When he has the chance, he enjoys watching sports, especially the Kansas City Chiefs or the KC Royals, and plays in a local dart league, as well as a sand volleyball league. In addition to being a Certified Notary Public, Richard is often the “go to” guy when it comes to repairs and problem-solving. He enjoys working in the field of nonprofit and appreciates the opportunity to meet new people and lend his support to anyone. His passions include cultural diversity, laughing, advocating for adoption, traveling, and hanging out with family and friends.
Monica Gregg brings several years of customer service and support experience, as well as management experience, to the team. With this experience, particularly in customer support, she brings a level of empathy and understanding. This pushes her to make a difference in the community and affect the lives of the people she encounters. She enjoys volunteering, meeting new people, and helping out however she can.
She graduated from Oviedo High School a few years ago and was a member of many clubs and organizations, some of which being BETA Club, GSA, and the French Club. Florida born and raised, she enjoys the sunshine and taking her dog, Kylo, to all of the fun dog parks. When she is not here at the front desk, you can find her playing video games or re-watching The Office. Another passion of hers is France, the French culture, and the language, and that started when she studied it in high school. She is now certifiably bi-literate in the state of Florida and is months away from her first of many visits.
A graduate of Rollins College, Julie brings years of Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service experience to her role on the Administrative Team. Julie loves the work she does at Two Spirit because she believes that everyone, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, and financial ability should have access to proper healthcare.

Brenda Wilson is a 340B Program Auditor for Two Spirit Health Services where she maintains the requirements of the program for providers and pharmacies. She graduated from Appalachian State University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She worked in the insurance department of Wilkes General Hospital while she obtained her Medical Assistant Certification. This began her journey of assisting patients with their financial burdens. She believes that healthcare should be affordable for everyone. During graduation, she moved to Pensacola and settled into raising her family. During her time in Pensacola, she was uprooted by Hurricane Ivan and eventually landed in Waconia, Minnesota. She joined Bioscrip Pharmacy in 2005 where she was able to streamline her accounting skills with her medical knowledge to assist patients with the added burdens of pharmaceutical needs. She rose to manage the Accounts Receivable Department which oversaw over 33 pharmacy locations in the US and 9 In-Store Account Representatives. She moved to Tampa Florida in 2005 to pursue her passion with assisting patients with terminal illnesses with financial answers for medication needs. She continues to pursue her goals of making healthcare affordable for everyone.

LaToya was born and raised in Orlando, Fl. She has always had a strong desire to help others. Upon having that strong desire, LaToya attended the University of South Florida where she received a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Social Science, concentrating in Social Work and Public Administration. While in college, Latoya pledged Alpha Kappa Psi, a professional business fraternity. LaToya has worked in administration over the last seven years. In her spare time, LaToya enjoys shopping and spending time with her family.

As a recognized and respected leader at both the state and national levels, Rene Cotto-Lewis brings unparalleled expertise to coalesce business and community partners alike. With a mind for operational excellence and a passion for the people behind the care, Rene brings more than fifteen years of experience and leadership in the health care and nonprofit sector. In 2015 Rene along with his husband Frederick Cotto-Lewis was featured in the national LGBTQ magazine The Advocate for the Kiss of Florida to help bring awareness to marriage equality. Rene began his career as a Family Care Counselor at the Orange County Health Department, eventually serving as the Adherence Counselor of Sunshine Health Clinic where he oversaw the Adherence Program for the Orange County Health Department as well as, therapy, patient education and pharmacy for individuals living with chronic illnesses. In 2014 Rene as Marketing Director was instrumental in transforming a local retail pharmacy into a nationally recognized multi-faceted specialty pharmacy health care organization. He has served as a member of the Orange County Ryan White Planning Council appointed by the Mayor of Orange County. Rene has also served as Vice-President of the Board of Trustees at a Spiritual Center and is Co-Founder with his husband Frederick of Authentic R.A.W. Spirituality an online non-denominational spiritual community that is a no holds bar grounded approach to spirituality that is real, rigorously honest and practical. As a result of his passion to help others, he continues to be an advocate in the community and to use his insights at Two Spirit Health Services to empower clients and partners be progressive innovators in life and the care we provide.

Angela Martinez joins Two Spirit Health from the National Association of Latino Arts and Cultures (NALAC) where she served as Grants Administrator. Martinez, who began her career as a non-profit administrator at The Public Theatre/New York Shakespeare Festival, founded Caminos Management Services, in 2009, to offer comprehensive business development, management, and implementation services to non-profit organizations. As Principal of Caminos, she has specialized in leading non-profits, arts, and cultural organizations to innovative and sustainable business solutions. Her expertise includes board development, capacity building and program development in the visual and performing arts, broadcasting and presenting fields. Martinez brings a diverse professional background, entrepreneurial leadership, and a practical hands-on approach. She has worked with her client base to develop collaborations, partnerships, sponsorships, community outreach, funding initiatives, and professional development workshops.
Previously, she was Director of Operations for Brilliant Lecture Series in Houston, TX. In 2014-16 she produced and managed the largest number of performing arts events in the company’s history; including: “A Conversation with Bette Midler,” “A Conversation with Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein,” “Vienna Boys Choir,” “King Michael: A Glorious Tribute to the King of Pop,” and others. Martinez is a dedicated non-profit administrator with experience enhancing long-term sustainability for organizations in Boston, New York City, Washington DC, Asheville, Orlando, and Houston.
Martinez recently completed her training as a Spanish and English interpreter at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. As a medical interpreter, she provides impartial and culturally competent interpretation services to the Limited-English Proficient (LEP) population. Her goal is to help health providers establish a direct relationship with their non-English speaking patients through linguistically accurate and complete interpretation.
A self-proclaimed Orlando cheerleader, Debo Ofsowitz has lived in the city beautiful since 1990. Growing up in Sarasota means the only thing she doesn’t like about Orlando is that it’s too far away from Siesta Key Beach. After a 12 year career with Universal Orlando and while co-owning a small business, she found the time to volunteer as Board Secretary and Auction Manager for Come Out With Pride (COWP). It was during her time with COWP that she built a community that may have started as donors but fast became friends. It was also during this time that she discovered her desire to work in the non-profit sector. After a couple of small stints in Business Development for two local small businesses, Debo realized her dream to help people and support the community she loves through her role at Two Spirit.
Neema is a Florida native born and raised in Orlando. She attended Florida Southern College where she earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resources in 2005. Neema went on to obtain her Masters in Business Administration from Webster University in 2012. She brings to Two Sprit, over 10 years of professional experience in the medical finance industry.
Neema has a passion to help others; she is very active in her community and church. She has participated in numerous community outreach events for local community centers where she assisted with Feed the Homeless program and the Friends and Family Night for underserved families.
Neema enjoys fishing, shopping, and spending time with friends and family.
Pam joins Two Spirit Health, Inc. after a 30-plus-year career in the banking and finance industry, where she delivered quality customer service to drive revenues and enhance overall bottom line performance. She has a proven ability to complete complex tasks in high-pressure environments with exceptional interpersonal skills and follow-through abilities. After years in bank security, she is committed to employing strategies that promote honesty, integrity, and loyalty. In addition, she has worked for almost 20 years in her spouse’s CPA practice, acquiring experience in the consumer and business side of finance to complement her banking knowledge. In her spare time, she loves reading and visiting local theme parks, and takes yearly trips to see her beloved niece and nephew.
