Lindsay Kincaide – Development Director

Lindsay Kincaide earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Stetson University. She is thrilled to be completing her academic internship at Two Spirit Health Services, Inc. Lindsay is an active member of the LGBT community and a passionate HIV/AIDS activist. She has had the privilege of serving the HIV community in several different capacities, including case management, HIV testing and prevention, and program development. She is the founder of the counseling and support group A.W.A.R.E. for young gay/bisexual men recently diagnosed with HIV and was instrumental in the establishment of the low cost PrEP clinic at Two Spirit Health Services. Lindsay strives to help clients access their inner resources, manage life’s challenges, and explore their authentic selves to live meaningful and satisfying lives. She is passionate about the expressive arts and writing, which she incorporates into her work with clients. Lindsay is the author of The Waiting Tree, a young adult novel about the struggles and triumphs of a gay teen coming of age in rural Louisiana.
